Inova\u010dn\u00e1 sila Friedhelma Rosea pretrv\u00e1va dodnes a viedla k vzniku priekopn\u00edckych produktov, ako je syst\u00e9m nosn\u00fdch ramien profiPLUS a s\u00e9ria skr\u00ed\u0148 aluDOOR, ktor\u00e1 bola ocenen\u00e1 cenou German Innovation Award 2023.     <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"mb-4 pb-lg-3 has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">V\u0161etky skrine ROLEC sa vyr\u00e1baj\u00fa na najmodernej\u0161\u00edch strojoch. V\u010faka presnej CNC technol\u00f3gii sa pod\u013ea potreby vyv\u0155taj\u00fa alebo vyfr\u00e9zuj\u00fa aj tie najjemnej\u0161ie presn\u00e9 spoje a individu\u00e1lne v\u00fdrezy. Bez probl\u00e9mov sa tak splnia aj komplexn\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky na spracovanie v\u00fdrobkov.    <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading mb-lg-4 mb-3 text-primary has-black-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:24px\">Pred automatiz\u00e1ciou<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"mb-lg-3 mb-4 has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">v\u00fdroba hlin\u00edkov\u00fdch skr\u00ed\u0148 na mieru pre mont\u00e1\u017e elektrick\u00fdch a elektronick\u00fdch komponentov bola n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 z h\u013eadiska person\u00e1lnych kapac\u00edt.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"mb-lg-3 mb-4 has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">\u010cas\u0165 t\u00fdchto hlin\u00edkov\u00fdch skr\u00ed\u0148 bola obroben\u00e1 v jednom upnut\u00ed na strojoch HAAS typu VF-3SS. 4-osov\u00e9 obr\u00e1bacie centrum bolo modernizovan\u00e9 na 5-osov\u00fd stroj a bolo vybaven\u00e9 mechanick\u00fdm \u0161tvor\u010de\u013eus\u0165ov\u00fdm sk\u013eu\u010dovadlom spolo\u010dnosti HWR. To bolo nevyhnutn\u00e9 na zabr\u00e1nenie vzniku stop po upnut\u00ed v tenkostennom tvare a na zabezpe\u010denie s\u013eubu pr\u00e9miovej kvality spolo\u010dnosti ROLEC. Obr\u00e1bacie stroje nemali priechod m\u00e9di\u00ed na \u0161tvrtej osi na ovl\u00e1danie up\u00ednacieho zariadenia.     <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"mb-lg-3 mb-4 has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Hoci v\u00fdrobn\u00e9 procesy prebiehali stabilne, obsluha strojov sa kv\u00f4li dlh\u00fdm prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdm \u010dasom \u010dasto venovala in\u00fdm \u010dinnostiam v r\u00e1mci v\u00fdroby. Po ukon\u010den\u00ed obr\u00e1bacieho programu preto vreteno obr\u00e1bacieho centra pravidelne st\u00e1lo, k\u00fdm obsluhuj\u00faci person\u00e1l nezaznamenal koniec obr\u00e1bania, nevy\u010distil hotov\u00fd diel a znovu nenaplnil stroj. Vedenie v\u00fdroby sa preto sna\u017eilo o efekt\u00edvnej\u0161ie vyu\u017eitie person\u00e1lu a maximaliz\u00e1ciu \u010dasu vretena.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"mb-4 pb-lg-3 has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Technologickou v\u00fdzvou bolo automatizova\u0165 osved\u010den\u00fa up\u00ednaciu techniku bez toho, aby sa zmenil zaveden\u00fd proces up\u00ednania.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading mb-lg-4 mb-3 text-primary has-black-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:24px\">Rie\u0161enie<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"mb-lg-3 mb-4 has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Syst\u00e9m pozost\u00e1val z zariadenia SherpaLoader\u00ae M25 s elektrick\u00fdm vretenov\u00fdm pohonom. Najsk\u00f4r do\u0161lo k nov\u00e9mu rozdeleniu \u00faloh: Oddelenie a nepretr\u017eit\u00e9 dod\u00e1vanie materi\u00e1lu teraz vykon\u00e1vaj\u00fa za\u0161kolen\u00ed zamestnanci, zatia\u013e \u010do kvalifikovan\u00ed obr\u00e1ba\u010di kovov sa s\u00fastre\u010fuj\u00fa na kvalitu v\u00fdroby a automatiz\u00e1ciu.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"mb-lg-3 mb-4 has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">V novom postupe sa SpaceBox napln\u00ed surov\u00fdm materi\u00e1lom. Po dokon\u010den\u00ed aktu\u00e1lnej \u00falohy m\u00f4\u017ee obsluha stroja v robotickej bunke vypr\u00e1zdnen\u00fd SpaceBox vymeni\u0165 za nov\u00fd s polotovarmi \u2013 pomocou vysokozdvi\u017en\u00e9ho voz\u00edka \u2013 a ihne\u010f pokra\u010dova\u0165 vo v\u00fdrobe. Alternat\u00edvne m\u00f4\u017ee SpaceBox zosta\u0165 na svojom mieste, zatia\u013e \u010do spracovan\u00e9 diely sa nahradia surov\u00fdmi dielmi. Nov\u00e1 \u00faloha sa vyberie v dial\u00f3govom riaden\u00ed a robot za\u010dne pracova\u0165: vezme diely, vlo\u017e\u00ed ich do raziacej stanice a n\u00e1sledne do strojn\u00e9ho zver\u00e1ka. Obrobok sa upne pomocou momentov\u00e9ho skrutkova\u010da pripevnen\u00e9ho na robote. Hotov\u00e9 diely sa automaticky \u010distia stla\u010den\u00fdm vzduchom a robot ich vr\u00e1ti sp\u00e4\u0165 do SpaceBoxu.     <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"mb-lg-3 mb-4 has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e1c319347bad0dbdcb13301956e6ce1c wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Osobitnou v\u00fdzvou pri automatiz\u00e1cii bolo vyhn\u00fa\u0165 sa stop\u00e1m po upnut\u00ed. Sila sa na uchopova\u010d pren\u00e1\u0161ala prostredn\u00edctvom \u0161tyroch up\u00ednac\u00edch vlo\u017eiek s povrchom z polyuret\u00e1nu, ktor\u00fdch vlastnosti boli v projektovej f\u00e1ze \u0161peci\u00e1lne prisp\u00f4soben\u00e9 pr\u00e1ve tomuto konkr\u00e9tnemu pou\u017eitiu. T\u00fdmto sp\u00f4sobom sa podarilo zabezpe\u010di\u0165 automatiz\u00e1ciu pri zachovan\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dkovej kvality spolo\u010dnosti ROLEC.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"mb-4 pb-lg-3 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">V\u010faka pribli\u017ene 70 skrin\u00e1m v zariaden\u00ed SpaceBox je zaru\u010den\u00e9, \u017ee zariadenie nikdy nezastav\u00ed prev\u00e1dzku a nebude \u010daka\u0165 na obsluhu. Po\u010det zamestnancov pracuj\u00facich na automatizovan\u00fdch zariadeniach klesol o viac ako 50 %, \u010do viedlo k v\u00fdznamnej konkuren\u010dnej v\u00fdhode a poskytlo zamestnancom viac \u010dasu na in\u00e9 \u00falohy. Skuto\u010dnos\u0165, \u017ee robotick\u00e1 bunka pracuje aj v no\u010dn\u00fdch zmen\u00e1ch bez obsluhy a pritom produkuje v\u00fdstup, je v\u00edtan\u00fdm ved\u013eaj\u0161\u00edm efektom, ktor\u00fd skr\u00e1til n\u00e1vratnos\u0165 invest\u00edci\u00ed na menej ako dva roky.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading mb-lg-4 mb-3 text-primary has-black-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:24px\">Matthias Rose, konate\u013e:<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">\u201eNa\u0161e prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady vo ve\u013ekej miere z\u00e1visia od person\u00e1lu. Vzh\u013eadom na kr\u00e1tku dobu n\u00e1vratnosti sme si hne\u010f zak\u00fapili aj druh\u00fa CNC automatiz\u00e1ciu od spolo\u010dnosti MAFU-SHERPA.
