The SherpaLoader® offers maximum flexibility in the staging of blanks — whether for small quantities or large series, tiny or lightweight workpieces, or large and heavy parts.
For small parts or low quantities, carts offer the ideal solution, providing 1.2 sqm of storage space.
SpaceBoxes extend manless production time! Each SpaceBox offers up to 6 sqm of storage, two SpaceBoxes fit in a single robot cell. On 12 sqm there is space for 3,000 small parts.
The SherpaLoader® can handle heavy raw materials directly from pallets, loading and unloading them back onto the pallet after machining. Two Euro pallets (standard size 1,200 x 800 mm) are used for material staging.
The powerful 3D camera and laser system can detect stacked workpieces on pallets and carts.

Every CNC machine is different. Some have two center-closing doors, others have a narrow door; sometimes the control panel of the processing machine is on the left and adjustable, sometimes mounted on a swivel arm on the right; space in front of the machine is often limited, but not always. Most robot cells are designed for a single installation.
The SherpaLoader® is different: it is designed for eight set-up variants as standard. This means it can be adapted to your processing machine and your production processes: For optimum material flow with ideal space utilization. The SherpaLoader® interface is universally adaptable. This means that any standard lathe or
milling machine can be automated—regardless of its age. It is possible to connect the SherpaLoader® to a
used machine from your existing inventory, as well as to a new machine from a different manufacturer.
